The Dynamy Youth Academy (formerly the John S. Laws Institute) is in its 15th year as an experience-based, four-year, after-school, leadership and college access program.

The Youth Academy (YA): 1) identifies promising low-income 8th grade students in the Worcester Public schools, 2) supports them in completing their high school education, 3) motivates and prepares them for college, and 4) guarantees them access to higher education.

Dynamy, Inc. is a not-for-profit experiential educational organization founded in 1969. Our mission is to challenge, support, and empower people of all ages to discover their purpose and to practice their values. Dynamy currently runs four programs: the Youth Academy , Internship Year, Teacher Renewal Workshops and Worcester Lyceum.
