Head Start Center

The Head Start Program is a federally funded preschool program that focuses on school readiness skills that prepare children for kindergarten. Children work in individual and small groups while teachers move around the room observing, asking questions, giving help and providing children with opportunities for discussion. Teachers design the curriculum to ensure that children learn what they are ready for and allow them to move at their own pace.
