Worcester Center for Crafts

The Worcester Center for Crafts is New England’s center for craft education. Established in 1856 as the Worcester Employment Society, the Center forged a tradition for economic empowerment by teaching immigrants the skills needed to create and sell crafts.

Today, The Worcester Center for Crafts is a learning community committed to providing quality craft education and promoting an appreciation for fine craft.

The internship typically consists of working with the registrar and helping around the office in the early part of the day, and then assisting in a class or two in the afternoon or evening.
