Worcester Common Ground

Worcester Common Ground is a non-profit community land trust organization dedicated to: creating permanently affordable housing opportunities for low to moderate income families; restoring the vitality of urban neighborhoods; educating the community on housing issues and solutions; and to preserving open space. Interns have the opportunity to learn about community development and select real estate issues. Past interns have assisted with the research and inspection of properties under consideration for acquisition by Common Ground.
