Worcester, MA – Our City, Our Campus

Check out this video introduction to Worcester!

We’re located in the historic Elm Park neighborhood of Worcester, Massachusetts, among the Becker College and Worcester Polytechnic Institute campuses. Our neighborhood is busy and eclectic – you’ll find restaurants of every kind (Mexican, Italian, Japanese, Middle Eastern, Greek, Vietnamese, seafood, health food, pizza & subs, pub fare, diners, coffee shops and more), many catering to a college student’s budget. You’ll also find convenience stores, pharmacies, medical and dental offices, music stores, art supply stores, gift shops and the neighborhood grocery.

At Dynamy you’re a short walk from public tennis and basketball courts, several health clubs and ice skating on the ponds at Elm Park! We’re in a very green area of the city but also close to downtown, an ideal balance. And our interactive learning model makes the city our campus, and some of neighbors are our partners and teachers in community involvement.
Worcester has a population of 170,000 residents and 30,000 college students and is New England's third largest city. We’re centrally located in the heart of New England, just an hour drive to Boston, Providence, RI, Hartford, CT, and Manchester, NH. The city is known for its world-class educational and cultural institutions and is a center for research, manufacturing, and education in medicine and life sciences. Worcester is home to professional athletic teams and attracts internationally known performers to its entertainment venues. Public transportation throughout the city and the Boston/Worcester commuter train make travel in and around Worcester convenient. For air travel we suggest T.F. Green Airport in Providence or Logan Airport in Boston.

With all of the conveniences of the city and the entire New England region at its doorstep, Worcester has been an ideal home to Dynamy since 1969.

Beware, Worcester is commonly mispronounced "Wor- chester". It may take a little practice, but you'll want to use the correct pronunciation: "Wú-ster". Go with "Wú-stah" if you really want to sound like a native New Englander!
