Dynamy believes that everyone should be mindful of how their actions affect others. We also believe that everyone has a responsibility to take action aimed at improving the quality of life not only for ourselves, but for the greater community.

Many employers encourage employees to engage in volunteer work or serve on the boards of non-profit agencies as part of their weekly work schedule. Dynamy encourages interns to include community involvement/volunteer work as part of their weekly schedule.

More than just an opportunity to help others, Dynamy has watched interns meet others, gain a sense of satisfaction, and otherwise benefit from making contributions to the Worcester community.

Dynamy will schedule three weekly community involvement projects over the year. Everyone is expected to participate in one of those projects during the fall, with continuation thereafter encouraged on a voluntary basis. Sponsors are made aware of both weekly meeting and community involvement commitments; internship schedules will be adjusted accordingly.
