“When I graduated from Dynamy in 1998, I knew that it had been one of the most important experiences of my life. I still feel the same way fifteen years later, but with more clarity. With different styles of leadership, my internship mentors taught me lessons on professionalism, work ethic, and the importance of striving to work in a field that I am passionate about.
When I resumed my sports career in 2010 following a seven-year hiatus from the industry, I often thought back to long hours and meaningful conversations that I had while working at the College of Holy Cross Athletic Department and the Worcester Ice Cats hockey club through Dynamy. Even now, as I build my baseball operations career, I carry the lessons that I learned during my year in Worcester, and apply them every day.”
